It’s
already entered mid-december right ? so suffice it to say that this time has
entered the rain season. Do you know what the activity that fun to do? I think
it’s a time for culinary.
I love culinary. I love to eat
traditional foods. The one of my favorite food is soto banjar. Soto banjar is
the one special food from the banjar tribe, southern Borneo which is the main
ingredient of the chicken feed that’s in suwir and aromatic spices such as
cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Soto’s got an old coked-out chicken, with a
little extra perkedel or mashed potatoes, egg stew, and ketupat. Like soto
chicken, the spice of the banjar is the onion, the garlic, and the pepper, but
not the saffron. Even though soto banjar is from southern Borneo, but you can
also find it in Palangkaraya because in the food stall provides it. Soto banjar
is the stew food that served in the heat. So this food is very suitable for a
rainy day and the weather gets cold. And i recommended for you to try eat soto
banjar event the weather gets cold because if you eat it, it’ll help to warm
your belly.
